The company Trinacria Agricola s.r.l. born in October of 2007 specializing in the production of extra virgin olive oil of high quality. It is located in the hills of Palermo, near the famous "Conca d'oro", specifically in the town of Borgetto, which operates a surface Oliveto in continuous expansion "of 80 hectares which holds about 32,000 plants, for processing. Storage and packaging count in a covered area of approximately 700 square meters and a large uncovered area of relevance. The company has been operating for several years with olive oil in a perspective of seriousness and professionalism and the experience gained, with timely investments in equipment and advances of the times in acquiring top-level technologies, enable us to provide products and services of high quality.

We have a storage capacity of about 150,000.00 liters of oil. consisting of silos made up entirely with the use of stainless steel AISI 316, in order to ensure a hygienically safe preservation process and hence free from any contamination that may adversely affect the product characteristics. The bottling department consists of filling bottles in a room where we have highly hygienic and reliable machines which every bottle is sterilized and checked thoroughly before being boxed. This also means that having a separate HACCP plan prepared in compliance with specific legal requirements, which when fully operational, our production cycle as a whole is perfectly capable of generating products with chemical-physical and / or microbiological fully indices falling within the safety requirements of EC Reg 852/04 (Decree Law 155/97) and Reg 178/02.
